All products available on Product Buddy are digital downloads, including login and signup page templates and related design assets. Once a product is purchased and accessed or downloaded, it is considered delivered.
Because digital products cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once the download link has been accessed, except in specific cases outlined below.
A refund may be considered only under the following circumstances:
You were charged multiple times for the same product due to a technical error
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
